Eric and Tristan were punctual and courteous. They performed the job professionally and answered all our questions. I am very pleased with the services provided by Dion Comfort staff, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for home heating and cooling services.

Eric arrived right on time. He took off his shoes at the front door when entering. He clearly explained what he was doing when servicing the furnace and when fixing the small leak. He was friendly and cleaned up before leaving. I was very happy with the service.

I do not do many reviews yet in this case I feel that the service was so exceptional that I would fill out the comment section. First the sales rep Justin was very professional and actually recommended a less expensive version that he felt would do almost the same job as what I was leaning towards. Dee in the office and Justin both answered any questions I had and backed up everything.

The installation was again wonderful as a big shout out to both Sebastien and Nick who came on time , cleaned up everything and even when asked did something extra at no additional cost to me. I can not say enough good things about my experience. I truly was hesitant initially because the pricing was so competitive yet they made me a true believer.

The technician arrived promptly within the appointment window. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the A/C and then fixed it just as fast. Good price, good service even a good attitude for crying out loud. The A/C is working fine! Thanks.
